How do I join Da Nang Social?

Download the app from the App Store, sign in with your Apple ID, and complete the short application. If you have a referral code from an existing member, enter it during sign-up for faster access.

How long does application review take?

Most applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a notification once your application has been reviewed.

How do I register for an event?

Browse upcoming events on the Home tab and tap any event to see details. Tap "I'm Going" to register. You'll receive a QR code for check-in at the event.

How do I cancel my event registration?

Open the event details and tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner, then select "Leave Event".

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile tab, tap Settings (gear icon), and select "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Make sure notifications are enabled for Da Nang Social in your device's Settings > Notifications. Also ensure you granted notification permissions when prompted in the app.
